Needle mat:

Needle mats E-Glass:

Hiltex E-glass needle mats are non-woven and made of E-Glass filament fiber yarns with a filament diameter of 6 to 13 µm. They are available in thicknesses from 3 – 25 mm and a weight range of 300 – 4500 g/m2.

Needle mats Silica-Glass:

Our Silica-glass needle mats are non-woven and made of Silica filament fiber yarns with a filament diameter of 6 to 9 µm. Available thicknesses from 3 – 30 mm with a weight from 300 – 4500 g/m2.

The standard width of our needle mats is 100 cm, but others are available on request.

It is also possible to apply coatings and laminations to the needle mat. Please see our Coatings/Treatments section for more information on these.

Tapes:

Tapes E-Glass:

Our E-glass tapes are made of filament or texturized yarns. Available thicknesses from 0,08 - 6 mm.

The E-Glass tapes are available in different weave constructions and widths.

Selected tapes can be provided with a self-adhesive back side.

Tapes Silica:

Our Silica tapes are made of filament or texturized yarns. Available thicknesses from 0,2 - 3 mm.

The Silica tapes are available in different weave constructions and widths. Selected tapes can be provided with a self-adhesive back side.

Gaskets, Ropes, Cords and hoses

We supply various products made of E-Glass fibers.

Selected products are also deliverable in coated versions.

Threads:

E-Glass + Silica sewing threads:

We provide a wide range of sewing threads for hand and machine stitching.

The thread diameters are from approx. 0,3 mm to 1,0 mm. They are also available with V4A wire reinforced and coated with polyurethane or PTFE.

Sewing threads consisting of V4A fiber monofilaments are covered by polyester, aramid or cotton.

Hooks:

Hiltex has developed a range of metal hooks that - combined with the mechanical equipment and staples - modernized the way of closing the insulation mattresses. These hooks are available in galvanized, brass and stainless steel versions. 

The equipment to install the hooks is based on compressed air equipment.
